These procedures are more accurately named direct arthrogram injections, although they are routinely known as arthrograms. WebThe study group comprised patients with a clinical diagnosis of knee locking requiring arthroscopy. The decision to perform arthroscopy was made by an experienced consultant orthopedic surgeon specializing in trauma and recorded in the patient's notes prior to MRI. Pre-operative MRI was carried out using a 1.5 T system.
