WebApr 8, 2024 · My baby is 4.5 months old and still on 4-5 naps a day. I would she usually has 4 naps but if the naps are short, I might squeeze in a 5th nap just to get to bedtime. She usually wakes up at 8am and bedtime is around 9pm. I don't know how we can go to 3 naps if her naps are still unpredictable (sometimes 30 mins, sometimes longer up to 2h).
