It allowed the engine to crank like normal, however it would not fire. Web7 apr. 2024 · Now it just cranks, between 1500 and 1800psi. I bought a brand new filter head/filter, still no change. Bought MA rebuild kit. Found a crushed o-ring in the brand new filter head. Replaced all seals, still no change. Bought driver side fuel rail with new sensors, no change. Primer gets hard about 5-8 pumps, still no start.

Disconnect the HPFP return from the filter housing, see attached photo, (for me no fuel came out), connect your vacuum pump to the flexible hose of the HPFP return, no need to plug the fuel return to the filter (as the pump will not be running).
