Heat a large, heavy bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Add the noodles (no oil) and stir fry for about 10 minutes, until very dry. Remove the noodles and cover to keep warm. WebbThe rice shaped shirataki was better than I thought, although it tastes very bland. Luckily it had no smell of dead fish like Miracle Noodles does. It looks and feels like rice, but I would compare the texture to tapioca balls. I think it would be great in a curry or another dish that has a lot of sauce to cover this in.
